Dates: Thursday, April 1, 2027 through Sunday, April 4, 2027
Student Cost: $1,425/student
Details:
This trip includes the following for each paying individual:
- Transportation: Round-trip deluxe bus transportation (Music Celebrations International Tours)
- Accommodations: 3 night hotel accommodations. Hotel accommodations is based on quad occupancy. Rates increase for double or single occupancy.
- Meals: Two meals per day (see details on tour itinerary) including breakfast and dinner. Please note that breakfast is not included on the day of arrival and dinner is not included on the day of departure. Students will have several options to choose from for lunch each day and are responsible to purchase their own meals.
- Entrance Fees: Entrances are included to all sights listed on the Tour itinerary.
- Souvenir: One souvenir T-Shirt.
Payment Information:
The per student cost is $1,425 with the following payment schedule. All payments are non-refundable:
- $100 due by September 10, 2026
- $357 due by October 15, 2026
- $357 due by December 1, 2026
- $611 Final Payment due by February 1, 2027
- Pay the entire amount now
Each payment installment will become available after the deadline for the previous installment has passed. Payments may be made through FutureFund, cash, check, or Zelle. Checks should be made payable to “Cal High Music Boosters” and may be placed in the black payment box located inside the Director’s Office in the Band Room.
For Zelle, cash or check payments, please be sure to include your student’s name with your payment so that it can be properly credited to their account.
Important – Initial Deposit & Trip Head Count: Official student head count for the San Diego Music Experience, is NOT confirmed until initial deposit is received. If the deposit is not received by the deadline, the student may result in moving to the waitlist, and participation will be subject to space and availability.
